Österreichs Apotheken haben in der Pandemie hervorragende Arbeit geleistet – neben der Versorgung mit und Beratung zu Arzneimitteln stellten viele umfassende Covid-Testangebote auf die Beine. Aus diesem Anlass haben das IMWF Institut und der KURIER erstmals die beliebtesten Apotheken Österreichs gekürt und mit dem Gütesiegel „Beliebte Apotheken 2022“ ausgezeichnet. Methodik
Wie wir vorgegangen sind
Grundlage der Auszeichnung ist eine Analyse der öffentlichen Online-Reputation aller rund 1.400 Apotheken in Österreich. Herangezogen wurden alle online verfügbaren Indikatoren – Anzahl und Sterne der Bewertungen sowie Kommentare auf Bewertungsplattformen, Follower und Likes auf Facebook und Instagram sowie die Nutzung weiterer Social-Media-Kanäle (etwa YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest) –, insgesamt knapp 700.000 Datenpunkte. Auf dieser Basis wurde ein Index berechnet, der die Beliebtheit der Apotheken zueinander in Beziehung setzt. Je nach Anzahl der Apotheken wurden pro Bundesland die Top 10 bis Top 40 ausgezeichnet; die Listen wurden alphabetisch gereiht veröffentlicht.
